Out-licensing / Partnering
In line with Amarin’s therapeutic and geographic focus Amarin will directly commercialize, or commercialize with a partner, its neurology products in the U.S. and out-license or partner its product rights in Europe and Japan.
Amarin will also out-license or partner its pipeline globally for broader indications outside neurology (e.g. Cardiovascular rights to AMR101/Derivatives). Amarin has the following opportunities available for out-licensing:
- European / ROW rights to CNS pipeline
- AMR101 – U.S. rights to Huntington’s Disease (Phase III)
- AMR101 - global rights to depression disorders (Phase II)
- AMR/derivatives - global rights to cardiovascular disease (Phase II)
- Product specific licence to Amarin's Targeted Lipid Transport technology platform
- AMR201 – novel, orally delivered antidepressant in Phase II for major depressive disorder in women

In-licensing
To expand its pipeline, Amarin is seeking to in-license compounds that are in clinical development (Phase I, II, III) or already approved. Products of particular interest would be in the field of neurology, particularly movement disorders, and would include potential treatments for Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, ALS (Lou Gherig's disease), tardive dyskinesia, ataxias, muscle spasticity and other neurodegenerative disorders.
Please contact Stuart Sedlack or Marie Holmes at bd@amarincorp.com with any relevant in-licensing opportunities you would like to bring to our attention.
